For us, the environment is the most important thing we have and we only have it on loan, which in our world means that we have to return it in the same condition it was found in. In everything we do, design, production and sales thoughts to the environment is an important part of our work.

Our practical environmental work follows a 10-point program.

1. To have a working and natural environment responsibility according to AFS 2001:1
2. To ensure that applicable laws and authorisations are followed for the environment and working environment.
3. To have internal control of the working environment according to AFS 2001:1
4. To have a functional working method regarding primarily the management of chemicals, fuels and waste in order to pass the applicable laws.
5. To keep product information for all marking required chemical products to be sold.
6. To fulfil “regulations for producer responsibility for packaging” according to SFS 1997:185.
7. To make sure our main supplier of transport service must be environmentally certified according to ISO 14001. The minimum being that the transporter must use fuel of Environmental Class 1.
8. To make sure that the products we deliver are free from substances on the Keml ’ s restrictions list 1996 or that they contain lower concentrations than that which is stated.
9. To have control of the chemicals and substances on Keml´s OBS-list 2000.
10. To have an energy supplier, for our production, that is environmentally certified according to ISO 14001.
